Napkin Conversations;

I enjoyed the brief talks with my cousins today. It’s a rare opportunity – I caught them in the house, and proceeded to interrogate them. Haha shrugs, it’s just been a long time since I saw them, and now I hafta look up at Mingliang when I talk to him. :(

Also, my house now resembles a studio more and more. We changed the sofa, and it is not exactly following the house decor. What with the tv, and the sofa, I’m expecting them to change the tiles any day soon.

Anyway, school tomorrow and cg on thurs. :) I’m a happy kid.

Lost for Words. With All to Say.

It was a rather long detour home. (What a wealth of meaning within that line.)

I enjoy listening to people, indefinitely. It takes much less from me to listen than to talk.  I like hearing others’ stories. How they live their lives. Their quirks, their habits. Their joys, their frustrations. I’d rather listen as well, rather than dragging up unsuitable words to describe my own situation. Does that make sense?

Sometimes I really cannot find words to explain myself. English, the language I’m most comfortable with, fails me.

Like how I cannot explain myself now.
